During this time, your items are produced (if applicable), quality-checked, and prepared for shipping with care.

United Kingdom: 10–18 days
Germany: 10–18 days
Portugal: 12–20 days

Return & Refund Policy

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s okay.

If your order didn’t arrive as expected, or if you simply changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the delivery date.

You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your product arrived damaged or faulty
You received an incorrect or incomplete item
Your order hasn’t arrived after:
- 60 business days (international)
- 45 business days (UK)
You changed your mind within 30 days of delivery

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, just send us a photo or video, no need to return it. We’ll handle everything for you.

If you changed your mind, you can still return it, just note:
